With the threat of a longshore strike at East and Gulf Coast ports eliminated, trans-Pacific container rates have stabilized. According to Freightos, rates for the Asia-U.S. West Coast remain steady at $5,924 per forty-foot equivalent unit (FEU), while East Coast rates slightly decreased to $6,898 per FEU.
