Yoplait has filed a lawsuit in Ireland against Danone, claiming that the French dairy company has imitated its Yoplait Skyr yogurt range. Yoplait confirmed the action was filed in the High Court and has left the resolution of the matter to the courts. This is not the first legal dispute between the two companies over trademark issues in Ireland.
