Mexican broadcaster Grupo Televisa has announced a 66% decline in net profit for the first quarter, totaling 319.8 million pesos ($15.63 million). The company experienced a 6% decrease in revenues, largely attributed to significant losses in its satellite TV unit, SKY, which faced 330,800 disconnections and a 13.2% revenue drop. Additionally, the cable segment saw nearly 79,000 subscriber losses and a 3.1% revenue decrease.
