Balkan Express, a Texas-based trucking company, along with its affiliate Balkan Logistics, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, citing debts exceeding $25 million. The filing comes after a lawsuit from M&T Capital alleging over $4.2 million in unpaid loans. They plan to reorganize and report assets between $10 million and $50 million.
