Amazon has announced plans to invest £40 billion ($54 billion) in the UK over the next three years, which the UK government views as a confidence boost for its economic policies. This expansion will create thousands of jobs, adding to its current workforce of 75,000. The investment includes the construction of new fulfillment centers, delivery stations, and upgrades to existing operations, alongside plans for data centers in partnership with its cloud computing arm.
