The UK government is set to unveil new measures aimed at increasing electric vehicle (EV) sales as part of its initiative to phase out polluting car sales. Transport Secretary Heidi Alexander announced plans to provide incentives, including potential subsidies totaling up to £700 million, to make the switch to EVs more affordable for consumers.
