On June 24, 2024, at 5:30 am, a fire broke out at an outdoor scooter parking lot in Hukou Township, Hsinchu County. Approximately 60 scooters were engulfed in flames and turned into scrap metal. Firefighters quickly arrived at the scene and managed to control the fire, preventing it from spreading to nearby buildings. Fortunately, no injuries were reported, and the cause of the fire is under investigation by authorities.
