Recently in mainland China, there have been two aviation mishaps: one where a plane re-took off, leaving behind 4 VIP members in the VIP lounge, and another incident involving a woman who mistakenly opened the emergency exit door while wanting to use the restroom, leading to the flight being halted. The airline compensated each passenger 400 RMB, approximately 1783 TWD, for the inconvenience caused. These incidents have sparked discussions on the consequences of such actions, as opening an emergency door can lead to fines ranging from 400,000 to over 800,000 TWD depending on the aircraft model.
