EVA Air distributed bonuses equivalent to 2 months' salary on June 28th, in addition to the year-end bonus of 6 months, totaling 8 months' salary, coming close to Tigerair Taiwan's bonus of over 10 months. The airline announced a 6-month average year-end bonus at the end of 2023, setting a record, and will further distribute rewards in mid-2024 based on annual earnings. At the shareholders' meeting held on May 29th, it was reported that the board allocated a total of 1.13 billion NT dollars in cash rewards to employees and 9.5 million NT dollars to directors in accordance with the company's regulations.
