To boost the post-disaster economy, Hualien County government has proposed various subsidies and activities to attract tourists, particularly during the summer vacation with only a 20% booking rate in July due to transportation issues. Introducing the concept of 'inclusive economy,' the county plans to allocate an additional 1 billion budget for approval to produce stimulation consumption vouchers distributed to residents, aiming to self-rescue and self-help the economy of Hualien.
