Japanese Foods That Shocked but Addicted People Unconsciously

In this article by LIVE JAPAN, foreigners living in Japan for more than 2 years were interviewed about the Japanese foods they have grown to love, such as sushi, sukiyaki, shabu-shabu, etc. Many found themselves enjoying foods they never had in their home countries, like fresh sashimi and sushi, raw eggs, okonomiyaki, and natto. While some were surprised by these new experiences, they couldn't help but fall in love with Japanese cuisine.
