In Kaohsiung's Gushan District, a mansion was the scene of a shocking murder where a man surnamed Chen brutally killed his cohabiting partner, surnamed Xu, with a belt and blunt objects. Chen then contacted his sister and a friend to help fold and bag Xu's body, which was later found partially exposed in the wardrobe. The murder was exposed after Chen's mother inquired about the situation. Chen, his sister, and the friend were arrested and charged with murder by the Kaohsiung Prosecutor's Office after an investigation. It was revealed that the murder stemmed from a debt dispute between the victim and Chen, who had a history of fraudulent activities together.
