On July 4th, a passenger on an international flight to Toronto caused a disturbance when he appeared to be drunk, disrupting other passengers and even spitting on and slapping a flight attendant who tried to intervene. The flight attendant managed to subdue and restrain the unruly passenger, and upon arrival in Toronto, authorities were called to handle the situation. The drunk passenger, who later claimed not to remember the incident, apologized for his behavior. The airline responded by emphasizing a zero-tolerance policy towards such behavior and stated they would provide further training and support for their staff members.
