A 46-year-old man surnamed Qiu in Taichung City pushed his mother during an argument, causing her to fall and hit her head. Despite knowing his mother suffered from Parkinson's disease and was physically delicate, Qiu's impulsive action led to his mother suffering a skull fracture and brain hemorrhage. After 2 weeks of medical treatment, the mother passed away. Qiu was prosecuted for domestic violence resulting in death. The incident highlights the importance of controlling emotions and actions during conflicts to prevent irreversible consequences.
