Canadian startup Tenstorrent and South Korean company BOS Semiconductors, supported by Hyundai, introduced new AI chips designed for in-car infotainment and self-driving technologies. These chips, the first of their kind as 'automotive chiplet AI accelerators,' enable customization for automakers and will be showcased at the upcoming Consumer Electronics Show, with production set to begin in late 2026.
