Warner Bros Discovery has set a target of reaching at least 150 million subscribers for its streaming service by 2026, following strong growth in its fourth-quarter subscriber numbers thanks to international expansions of Max, the rebranded HBO Max. The company has launched Max in several regions, including Southeast Asia and Taiwan, and plans further rollouts in Australia, Germany, and Italy. Despite a challenging linear TV landscape, Warner Bros Discovery reported significant subscriber increases and exceeded revenue expectations in its latest financial results.
