Athletic wear giant Adidas and fashion house Thom Browne have resumed their legal battle in London's High Court over their competing striped trademarks. Thom Browne, known for its four-bar stripe pattern, sued Adidas in 2021 to revoke Adidas' three-stripe trademarks, arguing Adidas is trying to establish a monopoly on stripes. Adidas is countersuing Thom Browne for allegedly infringing its trademarks by using four stripes, accusing it of exploiting their brand image. The trial is ongoing and expected to conclude next week.
