Amazon.com investors voted against all 14 resolutions at the annual shareholder meeting, including disclosing more about carbon emissions, oversight on artificial-intelligence development, and forming a committee to address policy positions, lobbying expenditure, working conditions, and packaging materials. CEO Andy Jassy indicated no plans for a dividend and mentioned an upcoming update for Alexa's generative AI.
