A fatal car accident occurred at the Dongshan service area on National Freeway No. 3, where a minibus crashed into a guardrail, resulting in the death of a female passenger and severe injuries to a male passenger. The driver, a 32-year-old man surnamed Wu, was conscious and sent to the hospital for treatment.
