With annual revenue nearing NT$1.2 billion, the group plans for an IPO in two to three years, potentially becoming the first Taiwanese dining group listed in the U.S. Ding emphasizes maintaining the authenticity of Taiwanese cuisine while offering competitive pricing and effective supply chain management sourced from Taiwan. Huiyue Group aims to open seven to ten new locations each year, focusing on Texas, California, and Washington for expansion.
