Mondelez International has been fined 337.5 million euros ($365.72 million) by EU antitrust regulators for obstructing cross-border trade of chocolate, biscuits, and coffee products between EU countries. The European Commission found that Mondelez had violated EU antitrust laws by abusing its dominant position, hindering retailers from sourcing products at lower prices in different Member States and creating artificial market partitions.
