A female student from National Tsing Hua University recently reported being sexually harassed by a male rider who followed her and groped her while she was cycling. The student is calling for dashcam footage from others to aid in identifying the suspect, who has already been narrowed down. She shared her terrifying experience on social media, urging anyone who passed through the area near Guangfu Road on July 15 around 7:30 PM to check their recordings to provide any helpful evidence. The community has rallied in support, pressing for swift action against the perpetrator.
