Taipei, July 17, 2024 - With the mass production of the NVIDIA GB 200 server, the cooling system has gained importance. Industry insiders project that Chewy Electronics (3017) will maintain its water-cooled board production schedule unaffected and will be able to ship to North American CSP customers. The company's revenue in the second half of the year is expected to grow compared to the first half, with a potential increase in gross profit margin for the full year. Chewy's main clients are the top four CSP firms in North America and are also involved in NVIDIA's supply chain. The latest AI server water-cooled boards are set to begin small-scale shipments from October to November, gradually increasing monthly. With a combined monthly production capacity of about 115,000 sets from Mainland China and Vietnam, if all current orders are fulfilled, the water-cooled board production will expand by 50% by the year-end, with Vietnam's factory reaching 100,000 sets per month growing to 250,000 sets next year. Industry experts indicate that NVIDIA's H200 GPU has started mass production with primarily air-cooling, while the B100 and B200 in the second half will also feature air-cooling, securing major orders for Chewy in these areas. In the future, Chewy is expected to break into the water-cooling supply chains of three leading US CSP firms. * [Warrant investment carries risks; the information provided here is for reference only and does not constitute an invitation, solicitation, or any form of advice or recommendation.
