A recent real estate transaction at the upscale Xihua Fubon complex in Taipei saw two high-level units being sold for approximately 3.67 billion NTD each, with an average price of 2.44 to 2.45 million NTD per ping. This deal resulted in a total of 7.3 billion NTD going to the Xihua Liu family, who had owned the properties for nine years. Taipei has seen multiple high-end property transactions this year, with most exceeding 2 million NTD per ping. The Xihua Fubon complex has become a popular choice for luxury homebuyers, with unique views and high prices for upper-level units. The current favorable real estate market trends in Taiwan have attracted high-end buyers to invest in luxurious properties.
