A man at Taichung Station in Taiwan refused to stop smoking on the platform and even took off his clothes to provoke station staff. After causing a scene, he boarded another train to continue causing trouble at a different station, where he yelled and threatened another staff member. Police were called twice to handle the situation. Despite the station staff not pressing charges, authorities will take action under the anti-smoking law. Taiwan Railways reminds passengers that smoking is prohibited in all areas to protect public health.
