TWICE talks about striking a balance between K-Pop fame and mental well-being

Reported 6 months ago

TWICE, one of K-pop's top girl groups, discussed the challenges of balancing stardom and mental health in a recent Teen Vogue cover story. The members, Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Momo, Sana, Jihyo, Mina, Dahyun, Chaeyoung, and Tzuyu, opened up about the pressures of idol life, managing exhaustion, and the importance of self-expression and self-care. They reflected on their growth since their 2015 debut and the support they provide each other as a nine-member group. Despite the public scrutiny that comes with international fame, TWICE recently achieved their first No. 1 entry on the Billboard 200 with their EP "With YOU-th" and completed a successful U.S. tour.
