Warner Bros. will be sharing the College Football Playoffs with ESPN.

Reported 7 months ago

Warner Bros. Discovery Inc. has signed a five-year deal with Walt Disney Co.’s ESPN network to share College Football Playoff games, with Warner Bros.’ TNT and Max streaming service airing two first-round games this season and adding quarterfinal matchups from 2026 onwards. The financial terms were not disclosed, but in March, ESPN secured a $7.8 billion contract to broadcast the tournament until 2031-32. This move aligns with Warner Bros.' strategy to expand its sports portfolio, including deals for NCAA’s March Madness and other leagues, aiming to boost viewership on its traditional TV networks and streaming services.
