A young office worker in their twenties experienced severe headaches and left-hand numbness for nearly a month, mistakenly believing it was just a regular headache. After a sudden increase in pain and blurred vision, a hospital visit revealed he had suffered a stroke. He underwent emergency surgery to relieve pressure from a subdural hematoma in the right hemisphere of his brain. Doctors highlighted that unhealthy lifestyle choices such as lack of sleep and poor diet could have contributed to this unexpected medical emergency.
