On June 29, 2024, in New Taipei, Taiwan, a 101-year-old woman got lost after boarding the wrong bus but was aided by police officers who found her and brought her back to the station. Despite initially being unable to contact her family, the officers were able to reunite her with her son, who expressed gratitude for their assistance. The woman, still sharp at her advanced age, had mistakenly traveled to a different district but was safely returned home thanks to the quick actions of both police officers and a concerned citizen who alerted the authorities.
