Indonesian authorities along with immigration officials on June 26 raided a villa in Bali and apprehended 103 foreign fraudsters, mainly Chinese nationals, who were collectively lying on the ground awaiting arrest. Among them, 14 were Taiwanese. These individuals had entered Indonesia on tourist visas or other permits but were engaging in illegal activities, likely transnational fraud. They are currently detained in a prison in Denpasar, Bali.
