Microsoft has started rolling out its delayed Recall feature, designed for Windows 11 PCs, to developers as part of the Windows Insider program. Initially announced in May, Recall captures screenshots of user activities for easier task management. However, it raised privacy concerns, prompting Microsoft to ensure it is an opt-in feature with encrypted data access. The feature will initially be available only on Windows 11 laptops using Qualcomm processors.
