On July 3, 2024, at 4:31 AM, a fire broke out at a storage warehouse in Taoyuan Dayuan, where a charred body was found awaiting identification. Taoyuan City Fire Department responded to the incident on West Bin Road Section 2 in Dayuan district. Firefighters worked tirelessly for over 13 hours before finally extinguishing the blaze around 2 PM. The charred body was discovered near the warehouse entrance, and due to severe carbonization, further investigation by prosecutors is needed for identity confirmation. The cause of the fire and the exact identity are still under investigation.
