Prada's CEO Andrea Guerra has traveled to New York as the luxury brand explores the acquisition of Versace from Capri Holdings. Accompanied by Lorenzo Bertelli, son of Prada's major shareholders, the CEO's visit comes after news of Donatella Versace stepping down as the brand's main designer. Analysts suggest this leadership change could facilitate the potential deal, which is reported to be around 1.5 billion euros. Prada is also eyeing another Capri brand, Jimmy Choo.
