The Central Weather Bureau has issued a high-temperature warning, predicting temperatures reaching 36 degrees in 16 counties and cities including Taipei and New Taipei on the 23rd. The heat is expected to continue at 33 to 35 degrees throughout the week, with possible afternoon thunderstorms next Monday and Tuesday. It is advised to be cautious of local short-term showers, particularly in the northern and central regions of Taiwan.
