A 76-year-old grandmother known as the 'local train' of Taoyuan, who collects recyclables, was seen recently on Daxing West Road and Baoqing Road dragging a cart with five baskets filled with recyclables behind her electric scooter. Passersby witnessed this scene, and the grandmother's dangerous behavior prompted the grandmother to be visited by the police for traffic safety education and warnings due to her habit of overloading her vehicle, posing risks to other road users.
