The drama category has 107 entries compared to last year's 163, comedy has 73 entries versus 95 in 2023, and limited or anthology series has only 49 submissions, making it a competitive year for acclaimed shows. Acting races also show a decrease in submissions, leading to higher competition with fewer expected nominees in various categories.
