Taoyuan Mayor Zhang Shanjing attended the opening ceremony of the '2024 Longtan Homecoming Cultural Festival - Taoyuan Mayor's Cup Dragon Boat Race' at Longtan Dachi on June 9, 2024. This year's festival features 137 teams participating in dragon boat races along with outdoor water lion dancing competition, Hakka food and music feast, and fireworks night. Mayor Zhang encouraged citizens to come and enjoy the lively Dragon Boat Festival activities in Taoyuan.
