The 2024 edition of the Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings has been released, with 45 Taiwanese universities making the list. Seven of these Taiwanese universities made it to the top 500 globally, including National Taiwan University, China Medical University, Asia University, Taiwan University of Science and Technology, Tsing Hua University, Yang-Ming University, and Taipei Medical University. National Taiwan University remains at the top spot in the country and in Asia. The rankings cover various performance indicators, but it's important to note that rankings are not the only factor to consider when choosing a university.
