After 250 days, the Liyu Tan Reservoir has returned to full capacity due to continuous rainfall, allowing it to overflow naturally and create a picturesque waterfall scene. With the reservoir reaching 100% capacity following a period of low water levels due to sparse spring rainfall, the stability in water supply is ensured for Miaoli, Taichung, and North Changhua this summer. Other reservoirs like the Yonghe and Mingde also see stable water levels, prompting authorities to remind people to conserve water despite the favorable water situation throughout the region.
