3PL FLS Transportation has acquired Anderson Transportation and Logistics (ATL), expanding its brokerage network to $600 million in annual revenue. Founded in 2005, ATL offers various transportation and logistics services including flatbed, dry van truckload, and container drayage. The deal enhances FLS' scale in TL brokerage and adds flatbed expertise to its network, increasing FLS' revenue to around $600 million. FLS CEO John Leach highlighted the synergy between the two companies, aiming to broaden service offerings for existing customers. ATL co-founders Mark Cutts and Keith Stewart expressed excitement over the partnership, enhancing their market position in the U.S. and expanding geographical capabilities by integrating with FLS Transport services across North America.
