In the Tamsui area of New Taipei City, near Danjin Road, Hongshulin Road, Pingding Road, and Section 1 of Danjin Road, a power outage incident occurred around 10:40 on the 24th, affecting up to 4088 households. Although power was restored to 179 households, 3909 households remain without power. Taipower responded that the outage was due to an underground cable fault, with all power restored by 11:12.
