A fire broke out on June 24th at a parking lot on Xing'an Street, Hukou Township, Hsinchu County, where 60 electric scooters were burned. Firefighters promptly arrived and extinguished the fire using three water lines. Although the cause is suspected to be the hot weather leading to the electric scooters catching fire spontaneously, a detailed investigation is required. Thankfully, there were no casualties.
