Liz Johnston, from '7 Little Johnstons', is considering expanding her family and convincing her boyfriend, Brice Bolden, to have another baby, hoping for a little person. Despite Bolden's reservations due to previous experiences with Johnston's C-section, she remains open to the idea, aiming for a baby boy to balance their family. The couple welcomed their first child, daughter Leighton Drew, in November.
