According to a survey, 70% of Taipei citizens are unaware that the city will host the World Masters Games next year. Mayor Chiang Wan-an expressed the city's commitment to enhance promotion efforts, with 18,000 participants already registered and hopes for more to join. The event, featuring 35 sports, aims to promote tourism, culture, and enhance the city and country's international image, with plans for extensive promotion through various channels domestically and internationally.
