On June 22, 2024, at 5:29 a.m., officers from Sanchong Police Substation kindly assisted an elderly woman who had lost her way while searching for her granddaughter, helping her back to the station for rest. The police were alerted by a concerned citizen who found the grandmother sitting on the street. The officers, after conversing and identifying the grandma, swiftly contacted the granddaughter and successfully reunited them, emphasizing the importance of accompanying elderly family members when they go out to prevent such incidents and advising to carry simple identification to aid in case of getting lost.
