In the early results of the 2024 MLB All-Star Game fan voting, last year's MLB fan favorite Shohei Ohtani lost his crown to New York Yankees star Aaron Judge, who received the most votes with 3,425,309. This marks Judge's sixth All-Star Game selection and second time winning the popularity title, positioning him to potentially challenge the legendary Ken Griffey Jr.'s record of five wins. Bryce Harper closely follows Judge on the National League side, while Ohtani, despite being the 2023 fan favorite, fell significantly in votes. The full All-Star Game roster will be announced on July 7th.
