Accident! 17-year-old Teenager in Critical Condition After Two Consecutive Car Accidents in One Day, Ambulance Collides with Motorcycle while Transferring the Patient

A serious car accident occurred on the National Freeway No. 3 in Taichung, Taiwan. A small van rear-ended a trailer, causing a chain reaction involving two more vehicles. 4 cars were damaged, 4 people were injured, including a 17-year-old teenager named Tsai who suffered severe head injuries and multiple fractures, briefly lost vital signs, and remains unconscious after being rushed to the hospital. Unexpectedly, the ambulance transporting Tsai from Taichung Mackay Memorial Hospital to China Medical University Hospital collided with a motorcycle at the intersection of Zhongming Road and Taiwan Boulevard in Taichung City. The motorcycle got stuck under the ambulance. Tsai is now in China Medical University Hospital with a Glasgow Coma Scale score of 3. The ambulance driver mentioned that they had sirens on, but couldn't brake in time when they saw the motorcycle taking the turn.
