According to the report by Weng Yulan from Taipei, Taiwan's PC market is experiencing a modest recovery this year, with Acer benefiting from the active home PC market in the first half of the year, gaining a good market share growth. Acer expects a stronger performance in the second half due to the traditional peak season and the emerging trend of commercial PC upgrades. Acer's market share in Taiwan has slightly increased, ranking second. The company is prepared to launch nearly 20 new AI-ready PC models to drive growth and compete in the upcoming upgrade trend, as well as releasing new products like laser LED projectors and Mini PCs, expecting them to be significant drivers of Acer's overall shipment growth in Taiwan for the year. Acer also anticipates the market reaction to new processor platforms and stresses the importance of software applications in driving new usage demands in the AI PC market.
