Activist investor Nelson Peltz has sold his entire stake in Disney (DIS) following an unsuccessful proxy battle where shareholders voted against granting him a seat on Disney's board. Peltz divested his position at around $120 a share, yielding a return of approximately $1 billion. Despite Disney's efforts to boost investor confidence with strategic announcements, Peltz decided to exit his investment in the company.
