Ruan Jingtian, the Golden Horse award-winning actor who rose to fame with the movie 'Zhou Chu Exterminates Three Evils' last year, announced on Instagram that his mother had passed away at the age of 70 after battling illness. He tearfully expressed his gratitude to everyone and stated that his mother has transformed into a butterfly. At his mother's funeral in Taichung on June 21, Ruan Jingtian appeared visibly thinner and emotional, thanking the public for their concern before returning to the busy event.
